This is an example of an assignment undertaken within the last two years. I am a versatile consultant with capabilities in procurement, negotiation and proposal management.
This is case study #12 and involved supporting a professional services organisation in demonstrating professional competence by creating content for social media posts so that my client could better engage and communicate with their customers.

Situation

The professional services company wanted to connect more effectively with full and part time procurement practitioners. One way to do this was to refresh their social media profile with technically strong content. They commissioned me to create a variety of content (small, medium and large) for their marketing communication plan.

Task

The task was to work collaboratively with the company's marketing manager and head of professional services and plan a program of social media posts at varying frequencies. The objective was to position the client as an authoritative and knowledge professional service provider who added value to their clients in a variety of ways.

Actions

We agreed the program and the house style in terms of language and design. I then created a variety of weekly (small), monthly (medium) and quarterly (large) artefacts which the client then shared on a variety of media platforms.

Result

The client accepted all the content on first presentation and published most of the content. A change in strategy then led to them closing down their professional services practice. Hopefully not due to me!
