Marlon makes a rookie error in making a proposal. He describes what HE will do, then adds in (as an afterthought?) what he expects ME to do.
Better to link the two events together using "IF you share some of the $29.5m with me, THEN I will sign over his bank account to you".
Don't be like Marlon. Having said that, Marlon has only taken eight years to get round to writing one email, so he is quicker than most lawyers
