Ethics

We all have unimpeachable ethics, right? Of course we do! Right up to the point when we don't. Benefiting personally from our professional role is always questionable. Disclosing confidential commercial information is rarely justifiable. But is there a threshold when exploiting commercial advantage between what is appropriate and what is not? Who decides what is commercially appropriate? It is in these 'grey' areas that we need to be grounded in beliefs, values and attitudes that put ethics, honesty and integrity ahead of personal interests.
