Disclosure
The commercial significance of information can be underestimated. "We need the service next Tuesday! Can you squeeze us in?" communicates urgency and an assumption that the other party is busy. "What availability do you have mid week?" might reveal that the other party is not busy at all! So managing disclosure is an important part of all commercial interactions.
The either party may ask us questions and our team needs to know what information they can disclose and what information they should not disclose.
